    Description:
I just updated production from Service Pack 1323 to 1485. As far as I can tell, version check is failing for everyone, with this message:

Remote file error (global -91) Unable to open local file.

This includes staff who are local administrators, and even where they were not, having an administrator login and run version check did not help.

After this, Circulation gets an error.

    Resolution:
I noticed that the Version Check error came up while copying one of the help_v files. And then I found that on my PC, I had a FILE named C:\AL500_v18\alephcom\help_v\eng instead of a FOLDER.

It looks like I inadvertently put in a file instead of a folder for version check when creating the Vista help area with the prior service pack.
