Version Control and alephcom.ini

Resolution:
Alephcom.ini couldn't be updated by the Version Check. The reason for this was the presence of DateDisplayStyle and TimeDisplayStyle variables that were updated each time the GUI client was opened. Therefore, the alephcom.ini on the server would have always had an earlier date stamp. These variables have been moved from Alephcom.ini to GUISys.ini in V18 (rep_ver 11666).
