Question
Why do past loan details show Loan Status = Active?
Can this be changed?

Answer
The available status settings in the Loans (Z36) and Loan History (Z36H) tables are:
A= Active (on loan)
C= Claimed Returned
L= Lost
This field is not updated by the return of an item.
The only way to change this field is to declare an item lost or claimed returned.

Additional Info
The Loan Status field is not displayed in Primo.
