    Wrong library address in Patron Circulation Summary

    Problem Symptoms:
    When sending Patron Circulation Summary letter, the Aleph system uses wrong sub library address

    Cause:
    ./xxx50/tab/tab_sub_library_address.lng the ADM sub library does not appear first

    Resolution:
    1. vi ./xxx50/tab/tab_sub_library_address.lng
    the ADM library (xxx50) should appear first in the list
