Can the cash / credit payment mode be included on the cash-03 ("Payments Received Report")?

The payment mode can be added to the ./form_lng/payment-received-report-0n.xsl form:

<z31-payment-mode>00</z31-payment-mode>

The text for the value ("00", "01", etc.) is specified in the ./xxx50/pc_tab_exp_field.eng:

PAYMENT-MODE L Cash 00
