check_doc_delete_lkr and ITM links

Desired Outcome Goal:
BIB records with links to Item of another BIB (field LKR type ITM) are not included in check_doc_delete_lkr.

Procedure:
Use check_doc_delete_lkr_itm :

./xxx01/tab/check_doc: 
CATALOG-DELETE check_doc_delete_lkr 
CATALOG-DELETE check_doc_delete_lkr_itm

Additional Information
The order of lines is important. check_doc_delete_lkr_itm should follow check_doc_delete_lkr as shown in the example above.
