Description:
We are implementing Primo. We have a problem with course reserves publishing. The expand_doc_bib_avail routine does not handle records that have been placed on reserve from the XXX01 library. In these cases XXX30 record is a stub pointing to the XXX01 record. The pointer is in the SID field, and it follows the pattern [Library]-[Doc#]-[Course#]. No AVA field is created for these stub records.
