file-20: System is adding z308 type 00

Description
We get the message "System is adding z308 type 00" in the file-20 Service. Is this a problem?
Resolution
In the case of a new patron this is just informational. (Though it is possible to include a z308 type 00 (Aleph patron ID) in the PLIF. The normal thing is to let the system assign this value.)
But if this PLIF record was intended to be an update to an existing patron record, then it has failed to match, and this message indicates that the program has created a second z303, z308, etc., for this patron.
