    Problem Symptoms:
When creating a new html.pck package via util i/6, only a part of the package is loaded to the GUI client on the local PC.

Is there some non-documented limit for the number of files that html.pck can contain?

    Cause:
    The form_lng directory had a subdirectory /old.

    Resolution:
    1. Move the subdirectory $data_root/form_lng/old to a different location, e.g. $data_root/form_lng_old
    2. Run util i/6 to create a new package
