html.pck not created - util i/6 Create Print Templates Package for the PC Client

Problem Symptoms:
*./xxx40/form_lng/html.pck not created when executing the util i/6
Cause:
util i/6 was executed in xxx01 instead of xxx40
Resolution:
* Execute util i/6 in the library which owns the form_lng directories (e.g. xxx40 for ILL)
Additional Information
Since Integrated ILL module the forms for xxx01 and xxx40 (ILL) library are no longer shared in xxx01, therefore the utility needs to be executed in xxx40 for the ILL forms.
