item-12 job doesn't finish

Problem Symptoms:
The item-12 job ("Clean HOL number from Item "), submitted from xxx01, fails to indicate its completion in the $alephe_scratch log or in the Task Manager --> Batch log (which is reading the z100 record).

"ps -ef | grep item_12" shows that after a day it is still running (-- and continuing to use CPU).

Cause:
Job submitted for BIB library instead of ADM.

Resolution:
* Kill the processes shown in the "ps -ef | grep"

* Connect to xxx01 and bring up the submission screen.
* In the "Library" dropdown at the bottom of the screen select the ADM library.
* Click Submit.
