p_manage_12 for ADM generates zero z103s.

Description:
I ran p_manage_12 on my ADM library. It created no z103s in either the xxx50 or the xxx01 library..
SQL-xxx50> select count(*) from z103;.
returns 0. As does:.
SQL-xxx01> select count(*) from z103 where z103_lkr_type = 'ADM';.
The log doesn't show any errors. Please explain.

Resolution:
The xxx50/tab/tab_z103 was empty. It *should* have a line like this:.
update_z103_lkr
