    p_manage_12 for BIB Library Writes Too Few Z103 Records

    Description:
    As the first step in the p_manage_12 series, I ran p_manage_12 on the BIB library. It ran a short time and only generated 702 records in the z103 directory.
    That does not seem right. What am I missing here?

    Resolution:
    This is the expected result. Running p_manage_12 in xxx01 builds Z103's only for the BIB records which contain LKR fields (pointing to items: analytics).
    The LKR fields linking the ADMs to the BIBs are in the ADM LKR field and those linking the HOLs to the BIBs are in the HOL LKR field. It is running p_manage_12 in the xxx50 and xxx60 which generates almost all of the Z103 records we ultimately see in xxx01.
