    Description:
I've made two unsuccessful attempts to run p-manage-12 to create links in tmn10 (small test library). I also made one unsuccessful attempt to run it in umn10 (big test). In both cases, I set the "delete all links" and "check old records" parms to yes, and the record key range to 000000000-999999999..
In small test, no links are created..
In big test, one link was created because there was a linker field with an invalid value in the database. I deleted that one. Please advise.

    Resolution:
This SQL for USM10 shows that it has 1077 z103s:.
    SQL> select count(*) from z103;.
(And I just reran p_manage_12 for usm10 on our machine to verify that it still builds OK with current version.)
I'm thinking that temporarily substituting the usm10/tab/tab07 for yours and running p_manage_12 with that could be a useful test.
