Description:
The p_manage_32.cycles file for library ABC02 has a length of zero and the p_manage_32 job runs for only a few seconds.

Resolution:
All of the tab_base entries for library abc02 have "N" in column 8. This means that p_manage_32 does not need to write any z0102 records for library abc02 and has nothing to do, therefore, it completes very quickly.

(Note: p_manage_32 doesn't need to be run at all in such a case.)
