Description:
We have been trying to load records into v16 using p_manage_50.
We used the program to create new item and holdings records.
We found that when we used this program the system not only created an item and holdings record, but it also duplicated the bib information from the bib record into the hol record.
Has anyone else out there encountered this problem?

Resolution:
The xxx60/tab/tab_fix had this line in it:.
MNG50 expand_doc_hol_bib.
This causes all the bib fields to go into the HOL. This line needs to be commented out or deleted..
I find that the distributed v16 usm60 tab_fix has this line.
