    Question

How can we apply the <header status="deleted"> in the xml records generated by publish-06 for records that have the STA=suppressed?

And how can we restore the normal <header> when we remove the STA=suppressed?

We do not want records automatically created via the acq-request function with STA=suppressed to be published and visible in Primo, but we do want them to be published and visible in Primo once we complete the order and remove the STA=suppressed.

    Answer

    The following is in $alephe_tab/tab_base.lng:

    ! 1 2 3 4 5
    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!-!!!!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    PRIMO-ABC ABC01PUB N PRIMO MARC_XML

The inclusion of ABC01PUB as the base in col. 2 means that only records in the ABC01PUB base {alldocuments not (wown=CDDCM ... or wst=suppressed)} will be included in the z00p. p_publish_06 reads the z00p to produce its output file.

When the wst=suppressed is removed, a z00p *will* then be created for the record.

    Additional Information

For already existing records only STA=DELETED leads to unpublishing from Primo. In that case the status of the Z00P record is set to DELETED and accordingly reported to Primo.
