    Description:
Our Publish-06 is not picking up our updated records.

I can run it by date range, but not for "From last-handled date".

    Resolution:
As described in KB 16384-12659, in order for the "From last-handled date" option to work, there must be an $aleph_root/tab//tab_publish_timestamp file.

The tab_publish_timestamp file is not in the a-tree as delivered by Ex Libris (since it could not have a correct date).

It is created by checking the "Update Date Flag" in the first run of p_publish_06 (specifying "Range of documents" 000000000 to 999999999).

With v20 rep_change #002611, the p_publish_06 Help file has been updated to indicate that the first run *must* specify "Update Date Flag" Yes.
