sdi-01 returns no result (missing SDI sublibrary)

Problem Symptoms:
SDI - Selective Dissemination of Information (sdi-01) returns email messages indicating the service has "retrieved no results".

Cause:
SDI sublibrary was missing

Resolution:
In file $alephe_root/www_f_lng/bor-sdi-update the following line contained no valid sublibrary:

<input type="hidden" name="sdi_sub_library" value="xyz">

If the selection of sublibraries shall be hidden, it is possible to enter "ALL" as a value:

<input type="hidden" name="sdi_sub_library" value="ALL">

Also any existing sublibrary is possible.
