tab17: library closed for lunch hour

Description:
Our library "WAL" is closed from 12 - 1:00 pm for lunch. How do we enter this into tab17?

Resolution:
tab17 is used to determine when books are going to be due and, when tab16 has an "Open Days" Fine method, to calculate fines.

If the library doesn't have hourly loans, then you can forget about the lunch hour in tab17 and show the library as being open the whole day.
