tab_topics.eng for LC call numbers

Description:
The tab_topics.eng file distributed by ExLibris is for Dewey Decimal. We need a file that is set up for Library of Congress.

Resolution:
Two different versions of a tab_topics.eng table for LC call numbers are attached to this KB entry. One version is called tab_topics.eng.lc.minimal.txt and only incorporates the very top level of the LC call number breakdown. The other one is called tab_topics.eng.lc.full.txt and contains pretty much the full breakdown, according to the Library of Congress website (http://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/lcco). Some of the categories have been adapted somewhat, as there is a limit of 40 characters for each topic. You can feel free to adapt it to suit your own needs.
