tab_type_config.eng - retrieving records that have mutiple formats

Description:
We set up tab_type_config.eng on our test server and are testing it now. We noticed something interesting. Some records match multiple formats - for example, record # 2856157 is a book and a conference. When going to the advanced search page in the catalog and limiting the format to book you can retrieve it. However, if you limit to conferences you can not retrieve it. It appears it only recognizes the first format. Is there a way to change this so that you can retrieve it by either format?
