    Background:

    FTP’ed from Doc Portal util_sp.tar

    cd $aleph_proc
    bin
    get util_sp.tar

    tar -xvf util_sp.tar

    Resolution:
    We found that the util_sp scripts in $aleph_proc on the customer's machine were incorrect. They were not identical to what is on the Doc Portal. We are uncertain where they came from.

    Re-ftping the util_sp scripts from the Doc Portal and redoing the Service Pack worked.
