Description 
After upgrading to version 22, the beginning of the www_server log has the following error message for each www_server: 

Execution error : file '' 
error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0 
114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 10) 

(Note: despite these errors, the www_servers *do* subsequently operate successfully.) 

Resolution 
Downloading and installing the 3rd party products (via the util sp menu) corrected the problem.
