Description:
We had to shut down Oracle (because of a problem). Since that time, the ue_01 indexing daemon has not been running.

Resolution:
The last $data_scratch run_e_01 log has these messages:

Oracle error: update_cursor1 z07
ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress - no operations are permitte

Oracle error: update_cursor1 z07
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

* No ORACLE connection - process is terminated... *

And util c/1 shows that ue_01 is not running.

Using the util e menu, you need to restart the following:
ue_01 and ue_08 in law01;
ue_01 in law10;
ue_11 in the $z105_library (law50)
