Problem Symptoms:
Running create_z127 results in duplicate keys error:
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found
SQL*Loader-2026: the load was aborted because SQL Loader cannot continue.

util a/17/18 does not fix the issue.

Cause:
Duplicate keys were in z120.  Z127 is created from z120. 
Util a/17/14 showed missing index z120_id.

Resolution: 
util a/17/18 on z120 solved the issue
