Description:
When I look at the z13 records with util f/4, I see empty AUTHOR and TITLE fields. Does that mean those aren’t populating, even as specified by tab22?

I need both of those fields, plus CALL-NO in order to build new titles lists from the z13s.

Resolution:
In cases where the doc record has been deleted, the z13 record will still exist but the z13_title and z13_author will be null.

There are many deleted records at the beginning of the fcl01 bib file; that is why you see this.

The non-deleted bib records *do* have proper z13_title and z13_author fields.
