z310 and z321

Description:
Two tables for which our pc_server logs (or the cir-07 Service) are throwing errors: 

Z310:
Oracle error: update_cursor z310
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Z321:
Oracle error: update_cursor z321
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Resolution:
The z310 is a Reading Room table; the z321 (along with the z320), an Advanced Booking table.
There is no flag in the system indicating that a site does not use these functions. Therefore, the tables need to be defined (in the ADM library) in order to prevent these error messages.

Additional Information:

The z321 can be added to the xxx50 ADM library as follows:

 > dlib xxx50
 > cd $data_root
 > vi file_list

Add these lines to the file_list:

TAB z321               128K            0K              TS1D
IND z321_id            128K            0K              TS1X
IND z321_id1           128K            0K              TS1X

Then do util a 17/1 to create the z321 (and the z321_id/z321_id1).

The procedure would be similar for z310 or z320.
