What type of permission should be configured in Microsoft Azure (Graph) when the mail handling definition is set to Send using MS Graph APIs in Alma?

Answer

If Azure is accessing the API on behalf of a user, select Delegated permissions.

If it’s accessing the API as itself without a signed-in user, select Application permissions.

Please contact ExLibris support for a Phyton script that can be used to test the configuration. If an email is sent using the script, the configuration is correct in Alma.
