    A new location was created but no request is possible: "Failed to save the request"

    Problem Symptoms:
    After moving items to a new library, a requeest is not possible:
    * Alma error message: "Failed to save the request"
    * Primo error message: "Failed to place a request on the resource. Please contact the library"

    Cause:
    The new library has no Circulation Desk defined

    Resolution:
    Resolution

    1. Click: Alma [F2] > Fulfillment Configuration Menu
    2. Filter: "You are configuring" - the new library
    3. Click: Circulation Desks
    4. Find the desk allowed to handle the location's materials > Edit
    5. Select the "Physical Locations" tab > add the new Location
