A known Fund can't be found (retrieved) when adding an invoice line. Why?

Answer

The Fund is found if it can cover the invoice line price.
Therefore, a Fund with 0.00 available won't display.

Additional Information

To enable search on an 'empty' fund while adding an invoice line -- add a Rule enabling overencumbrance and overexpenditure.

The documentation explains:
"Funds with a negative balance (or a balance of 0) are displayed only if there is a rule configured enabling overencumbrance and the overencumbrance limit has not been reached". (See Creating an Invoice From a PO or Manually.)
