What roles can be added to user profiles using the "Update/Notify Users" job?
Answer
You can add any role to a group of user profiles using the "Update/Notify Users" job, if the role doesn't require an input parameter. Therefore for example the "Circulation Desk Managers / Operators" role cannot be added using the "Update/Notify Users" job since in addition to the scope also role parameters need to be defined when adding this role.
In order to run the "Update/Notify Users" job go to: Administration > Manage Jobs > Run a Job: choose the "Update/Notify Users" job and fill in the relevant details.
