    Alma Analytics - Zero Loans Report

    Problem Symptoms:
    In Alma Analytics we want to create a report of all items with zero loans.
    However, when going to the Fulfillment area and filtering by "Loans is Null" or "Loans = 0" we always get no results.
    Isn't it possible to create such a report?

    Cause:
    In the Fulfillment area you can't do this sort of report because the ETL exports only loans to the Fulfillment area of Alma Analytics but no item data that are not connected to loans.

    Resolution:
    Instead of the Fulfillment section choose the Physical Items section. Use the parameter "Last Loan Date" and filter by "Last Loan Date is Null".
