Alma Publishing files lack .xml extension when untarred

Description
File created by Publishing Profile from Items set doesn't have XML extension, although the file is in XML.
Resolution
When Use Default file name = Yes, and the File name Prefix is defined, then system will add the date, the process ID and the XML extension to the prefix.
When Use Default file name = No and a File name is defined, the output will have the name you define.
For dynamic file names, enter the file name variables as indicated below.
<name of your choice>_{JOB_ID}_{TIMESTAMP} -- This will create an output with ".xml" extension.
