Is there a particular time each month that the monthly release notes are made available on the Knowledge Center: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/...Release_Notes/

Answer

The Release Notes are published on the same day as the sandbox release.  To find the Alma Release Schedule, click the question mark (Help) button at the top-right Alma toolbar.
