    Question

    In Alma Analytics I want to create a report of all items that are currently recalled. But a report filtered by "Process Status = Recall" returns numerous results that are long returned or on transit. I don't want these items to be included in the report. How can I create the report?

    Answer

    Combine the filter "Process Status = Recall" with "Loan Status = Active". Then you will only see items that are currently on loan AND recalled.
