Problem Symptoms:
A loan statistics report in Analytics for shows a gap of item policies between two subject areas: Physical Items vs. Fulfillment

*Analytics > Physical Items > Physical Item Details > Item Policy: gives (e.g.) 20 item policies (this number is accurate)
* Analytics > Fulfillment > Physical Item Details > Item Policy: only (e.g.) 10 are listed, much less than the actual number of item policies in Alma

Cause:
In Analytics, the item policy is configured on the Institution level

Resolution:
As workaround, create a Fulfillment report, export it, and match the item barcodes to the item policy as defined in another report
