    Analytics Journal Usage – Titles report gives error "Exceeded configured maximum number of allowed input records"

    Question

    When running the "Journal Usage – Titles" report,  an error is given: "Exceeded configured maximum number of allowed input records." The error details are "Error Codes: EKMT3FK5". What can be done?

    Answer

    The error is due to limit of lines (apparently 64,000 lines) in Analytics. The current advice is to work on smaller chunks of data.

    Please try saving the report locally, and add a filter, for example by years.
