    Description

In an Analytics report sometimes the User Group field is properly filled and sometimes it's empty.

    Resolution

When adding more fields to the report, you will see that not only the user group is missing but ALL user-related fields. And when you add the “in-house loan indicator”, you will see that all the loans without user details are in-house loans.

An in-house loan is registered when you scan an item in and have the checkbox “in-house loan” activated. And all this records don't have user data.

If you are not interested in having in-house loans in your reports you can add another filter on in-house loan indicators, showing only those with value “N”.
