Question:

What are the best practices for selected titles that are not appearing on a Fund Expenditure Report?

Answer:

If each collection is a completely different Alma representation than it is best to have a separate PO Line for each collection.  However,if it is the same Collection but the coverage is different then it can be on the same PO Line.

Question:

Is there a way to associate the POL with the bib record after it is created and attached to the collection record?

Answer:

No.  Currently it is not possible to assign a PO Line of Electronic Collection to an MMS ID.
