Why can't the 863/866 field update and save when there are multiple titles with the same accession number in the 852?

Answer

This is caused by not choosing a accession designation for the relevant physical location

To do this, go to Alma > Fulfillment > Fulfillment Configuration Menu > Physical Locations

Choose an accession designation at the bottom of the screen.
