    Cannot edit or add Process Type when creating an item - why?

    When creating a new item record, it is not possible to add a process type. The process type option appears, but when clicking the drop-down menu there are no options available.

    Can this be fixed?


    Alma knows which process types to offer when the item is already saved and the location is evident. However, if the item is new, Alma can't determine which work orders can be made available. You should use the "Save and Edit"-Button to edit the item form. Then the item will be saved and it is possible to add the process-type afterwords without searching for the item again.
