Description

In the Resource Sharing Lending Requests Task List, when clicking on 'Manage Fulfillment Options', the Physical Services sections of the screen says:

"No records were found"

Although the title does have items.

In addition, at the top of the screen, the following message appears:
"Some of the existing physical inventory may not be used for fulfilling resource sharing requests due to library policies?"

What is causing this message, and how can I resolve it?

Cause

The relevant Requests TOU has a "Is Requestable for Resource Sharing?" policy of 'No'.

Resolution

Change the 'Requests' TOU that is used by the item in question to have a "Is Requestable for Resource Sharing?" policy of 'Yes'.
