Combine sets of different content types

Description
We want to combine two sets having different content types (e.g. "Electronic titles" and "All titles"). Why doesn't it work?
Resolution
It is not supported to combine two sets with different content types. You need to modify one of the sets so that the content type of set 1 corresponds to the other set.
