Configuring COUNTER Subscribers: no "Subscribers" code table available in Alma Acquisition configuration

COUNTER subscribers can be configured as detailed here.
If you're missing the required code table Configuration Menu > Acquisitions > General > Subscribers, it probably has to be activated once. Please open a ticket to Ex Libris Support to have it activated.
