    Problem Symptoms:
    General Electronic Services ILL link shows for the "Get It" tab on every record for a physical item even though items are available
    Or, it displays for guests, even though it should be available for authenticated users only

    Cause:
    The ILLiad link was configured for Resource Sharing and as General Electronic Service with same name

    Resolution:
    Ensure you can distinguish between:

    [1] General Electronic Service
    * Defined in: Fulfillment Configuration Menu > General Electronic Services > (e.g.) ILLiad
    * It is configurable to display in the GetIt and/or ViewIt tab
    * It can be made sensitive to login status (guest/authenticated)
    * It can check if resource is owned by the library and available

    [2] Partners
    * Defined in: Partners > (e.g.) ILLiad
    * It can be made sensitive to login status (guest/authenticated)
    * It can check if resource is owned by the library and available

    Additional Information

    More configuration is available for each of these services
