Delete loan option not available

Description

The "Delete loan" option is not available in the dropdown of the loans list.

Resolution

First, this option is only available if you have the Circulation Desk Operator or Circulation Desk Manager role. It is missing by design from the Circulation Desk Operator Limited role.

Second, the option is only available when accessing via "Manage patron services" and not via "Manage fulfillment activities". The latter option is only to view the current loans and requests and offers only a limited set of actions on these loans.
