The Ebscohost article matcher is only relevant for journal articles.
It does not support book searches or old versions of Ebsco collections, such as Electronic Journals Service.
Therefore there are a number of Ebsco collections that do not have a Link Resolver Plugin. This is as expected and will not be changed.

The Ebsco collections that do not have a Plugin work by using a different mechanism.
These collections include, but are not limited to:

• EBSCOHOST_BOOK_COLLECTION_
• EBSCOHOST_EBOOKS_
• EBSCOHOST_AUDIOBOOK_
• EBSCOHOST_NEWSPAPER_SOURCE_
• EBSCOHOST_ELECTRONIC_JOURNALS_SERVICE
• EBSCOHOST_E-JOURNALS
