    Description

The "addressFrom" field in "Borrower Receive Email Letter" has "ILL@xxx.edu" saved, however, the letters are being sent from a specific staff member's email address ("John.Doe@xxx.edu").

Is there another place that this address is being pulled from?  We would like these emails sent from "ILL@xxx.edu".

    Resolution

This address is being pulled from:  General > Configuration > Add a Library or Edit Library Information > Libraries >  Contact Information > Email Address

Note:  As described in https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/...g_Alma_Letters , the Borrower Receive Email Letter is the letter "sent to the lending institution when the loaned item has been received at the borrowing institution."
