    Question:

    What are the requirements when creating a new password due to the Ex Libris Identity Service?

    Answer:

    New password must be at least 8 characters long and must not include the user-name or any commonly used password.

    This can be found at Configuration menu > General > User Interface Settings > Identity Service Labels > new_pw_strength_validation:
